Dr. Ekta Saxena, Ph.D. in Sociology with add-on qualification in journalism, media management is enthusiastic professional with management degree background. Her passion to build bridges to harness human potential has made her achiever of her own set excellence standards. She is dedicated to achieve professional excellence, career progression and personal development by working in a learning environment that encourages growth and enriches her experiences. She has a quest to learn and is ready to accept challenges. She has also done P.G. Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication. Simultaneously, she has been working as a Freelance anchor for Event Management, enrolled with Aakashwani & Door-Darshan (Varanasi & New Delhi) as Compere for Programme related to Agricultural and Social Development. She has done P.G. Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. She has excelled in both academic and extracurricular activities and received Scholarship awarded by Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi for Doctorate work. She brings in-rich experience of more than 6 years in academics, placements & corporate communications, media and Public Relation Management, now associated with Indian Business Academy, Greater Noida. She heads Corporate Resource Cell and look after the placement of IBA Management Graduates. She has headed in the past, Placement and Corporate Communication Department in renowned B-Schools. Dr. Ekta’s core competence is in Public Relation Skills, resource handling and event management. She is smart worker with penchant for punctuality, quest to learn, excel in Communication & presentations skills, easy to handle any situation, Computer savvy, soft-spoken with appealing manners. She has earned laurels and appreciation from Students, Corporate and Management. Dr. Ekta Saxena, co-ordinated & Represented IBA in various seminar & conference organized by DMA, AIMA, CII, Assocham, FICCI & CMP. She is a Member of several Professional Bodies such as AIMA/DMA/CII/ISTD and she has been invited to join executive council of IT and Youth Committee of DMA as an executive member. HR –IR sub-committee of CII has co-opted Dr. Ekta Saxena as an executive member.
